About this role
Turbopills helps telehealth companies launch and run online care programs. We build the software around the patient journey: intake forms, checkout, CRM, patient portals, analytics, automations, and internal tools.
We're looking for a Customer Success Manager who can help clients launch faster, stay organized, and get real value from the platform.
Our clients are usually launching real healthcare programs, not just setting up another dashboard. They need patient intake, payments, CRM, operations, analytics, and support to work together. Your job is to keep that process clear for the client and for our team.
You'll be the person who helps turn "we need to launch this program" into a clear plan, organized tasks, and a working flow.
What you'll work on
- Onboard new telehealth and healthcare clients
- Help clients launch patient flows, intake forms, checkout, CRM, and portals
- Turn client feedback into clear notes and Linear tasks
- Keep client updates, next steps, and open questions organized in Notion
- Communicate with clients over email, Slack, and calls
- Work with product and engineering to solve issues
- Track bugs, requests, and follow-ups
- Create simple checklists, docs, and processes so onboarding gets easier over time
- Help clients after launch and spot where they are stuck
What we're looking for
- 1+ year of experience in customer success, client success, account management, implementation, operations, or support
- Strong written and spoken English
- Experience with Notion and Linear
- Organized and able to follow up without being chased
- Can take messy feedback and turn it into clear action items
- Can explain things clearly to clients
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic understanding of SaaS, web apps, CRM, dashboards, or customer workflows
- Comfortable working with a small technical team and moving fast
Bonus points
- Experience in healthtech, telehealth, healthcare SaaS, digital health, or ecommerce
- Experience with client onboarding or software implementation
- Familiarity with patient portals, intake forms, checkout flows, CRM systems, analytics, or automations
- Experience with Slack, Google Sheets, Stripe, PostHog, HubSpot, customer.io, or similar tools
- Basic understanding of APIs and integrations
