About this role

Turbopills helps telehealth clinics launch and grow modern patient experiences. As Growth Operations Manager, you'll help run our growth engine across partnerships, brand visibility, content operations, and website improvements. This is an execution and coordination role: you'll turn ideas into shipped work, keep priorities clear, and align teams around what matters most. You'll work closely with founders, the Telehealth Launch Manager, and cross-functional teammates.

What you'll work on

  • Run partnership operations: partner pipeline tracking, outreach coordination, follow-ups, and joint initiatives
  • Support founder-led new-client conversations by preparing context, joining selected calls, and driving clear next steps
  • Own blog and social media operations: editorial planning, briefs, review flow, publishing coordination, and distribution
  • Work on website updates and landing page improvements with design and engineering
  • Coordinate with product, engineering, and ops to ship growth initiatives quickly
  • Work in coordination with the Telehealth Launch Manager on launch-related priorities
  • Maintain clear plans and checklists across cross-functional projects, and flag risks early
  • Turn partner and customer feedback into ongoing optimization recommendations for content and website flows

What we're looking for

  • Fluent written and spoken English (required)
  • No minimum years of experience required; recent graduates are welcome
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple moving parts
  • Clear communicator with partners, founders, customers, and internal teams
  • Proactive problem solver who takes ownership and follows through
  • Practical execution mindset across operations, content, and growth work

Bonus points

  • Experience in growth operations, partnerships, content operations, or marketing operations
  • Familiarity with telehealth or regulated workflows
  • Comfort with tools like Notion, Linear, Attio
  • Experience with CMS, social scheduling, or website analytics tools
